We have several lots for sale on the private stream section of the Nantahala River above Lake Nantahala. The lots are located at the mouth of the river with one lakefront and riverfront lot and the several riverfront lots with views of the lake and fishing rights on miles of private water.
The Natahala river above the lake is all private water; access is only allowed to property owners. The river is a true Blue Ribbon trout stream holding big wild trout: wild Rainbow and Brown trout over 20" are common.
